Meet the Rapid Connect Valve! Finally, a FAST, screw-on deflate that stays in place! This innovative, patented design allows for quick and easy deflation without having to disassemble your tires. Simply remove the existing valve stem, screw the RCV onto the existing valve stem and you're ready to go! Installation takes 5 minutes or less for all 4 tires. Includes "Time to Deflate" sticker and multi-tool for easy installation.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE: BEFORE FITTING THE RCVS IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK THE TIPS OF YOUR EXISTING VALVE STEMS FOR ANY IRREGULARITY. THE END/TIP OF YOUR VALVE STEMS MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION BEFORE FITTING THE RCV. IF THEY ARE NOT IN PERFECT CONDITION, FILE THE TIP FLAT AND SMOOTH USING A FINE GRIT FINGER NAIL FILE. IF YOU FIT THE RCV AND HAVE A LEAK, YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE RCV FROM YOUR VALVE STEM AND FILE THE TIP SQUARE AND FLAT. THIS SHOULD CORRECT ANY LEAK THAT MAY OCCUR.
PLEASE NOTE: AN INSTALLATION TOOL IS ONLY INCLUDED WITH A SET OF 4 RCV's (SKU X02-02-009). NO INSTALLATION TOOL IS INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE OF A SINGLE (1) RCV (SKU X02-02-015). For example, if you purchase 4 individual pieces, you will not receive an installation tool.
