Lifting suspension Jeep Wrangler JL (from 11/2017)
Not for the Jeep JL Gladiator + Hybrid
Our suspension uses coil springs +30 mm and monotube high-performance gas pressure dampers. Delivery comes with a TÜV parts certificate. You will receive a 30 mm suspension chassis from us that has been tested in accordance with the current guidelines for pedestrian protection (2009/102/EEC) and is TÜV approved.
The difference to other suspension suspensions:
The springs and shock absorbers were manufactured and developed in collaboration with the chassis specialists from Eibach and Bilstein in Germany and adapted to European road conditions. The precise coordination of Eibach suspension springs and Bilstein shock absorbers reduces the uncontrolled movement of the high body of the Jeep Wrangler. The proven BILSTEIN upside-down technology means that the supporting and lateral forces are distributed over a large area and there is a significant increase in torsional rigidity in the connection between the wheel and the body. This significantly improves driving comfort on the road. The steering precision and the load capacity of the vehicle are increased. This guarantees more vehicle control, safe handling and better traction.
Chassis from e.g. B. 50, 70 and even 100 mm lifts require an additional test (crash test) to meet these legal guidelines.
If a suspension suspension of more than 30 mm is not tested accordingly, it no longer meets these guidelines and the TÜV parts certificate is no longer valid. Please note that if such a chassis is installed without a valid TÜV parts certificate, your vehicle's operating license may also expire. Exception: Imported vehicles from the USA with an individual operating license!
